Our Return Policy

If you're not fully satisfied with your purchase, you may return it in its original, unworn condition within 14 days for a full refund or exchange—no questions asked. Arctic Blue accepts merchandise returns via mail only.

Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA)

Before returning any item, you must contact our Support Department for a Return Merchandise Authorization number (RMA). No returns will be accepted without a return authorization number (RMA number). All returns must be received within 10 days of RMA approval date. Your RMA# for exchange/repair is valid for 10 days. We reserve the right to refuse a return on any product that does not meet these requirements.

Returns do not apply to the following items:

• Item(s) shipped over 30 days ago.
• Items that became damaged or defective after delivery.
• International returns.
