Our Shipping Policy

We offer fast and free FedEx shipping on every order.

Our packaging is discreet and doesn’t give away what’s inside.

Because we make most items to order, time from order to delivery will vary depending on the item ordered. Most items will be delivered within 4 weeks of ordering, unless otherwise indicated.

Arctic Blue always insures and registers all items for their full value. We require that all deliveries are made to a physical business or home address only. We do not ship to P.O. box or APO/FBO/DPO addresses.

Arctic Blue currently offers delivery within the 48 contiguous U.S. states. We do not currently ship to Alaska, Hawaii, the U.S. Territories, or international addresses.

While we always strive for the timely delivery of your order, delivery delays due to inclement weather conditions, carrier delays or incorrect addresses are beyond our control. Please report order tampering, damage or loss to Arctic Blue within 5 days of receiving your order.

For insurance reasons we cannot reroute packages after they have shipped from Arctic Blue.
